RETURN POLICY

Please read carefully

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is made to order. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and possible fit details in the description of each product. )

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, it is no longer possible to edit or cancel your order. So Please double check that you have correctly filled out your address and and other details prior to submitting your order.

( Astra Zero Shop ) operates with a custom print fulfillment service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case our fulfillment service will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Along with our fulfillment service, we will review replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product is damaged

(b) there is a print error

Estimated shipping delivery times After Fulfillment:

**Please Note** Due to the current state of the postal services & lower amount of fulfillment staff, these estimates will most likely be much  longer than usual 

USA: 4-13 business days ( After Production )

Canada: 8-19 business days ( After Production )

World: 15-30 business days ( After Production )

Your order will be sent out on average within 3-8 days of ordering depending on the product.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us HERE making sure you include your order number so we can look into it.

Please Note: if your order is stuck in transit, Please check the tracking number emailed to you after fulfillment and/or get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

If your package is missing as a result of theft, there is unfortunately nothing we can do on our end.
